Diversity

Querrey & Harrow welcomes the opportunity to enhance our culture with people of diverse backgrounds and has deemed diversity to be one of its chief priorities.  Anthony J. Madormo, Chair of Querrey & Harrow's Diversity Committee, is actively promoting a plan to increase diversity by encouraging attorneys to network within women's and minority bar associations and refer candidates for open positions at Querrey & Harrow.   The committee's goals include educating our attorneys and staff in the importance of cultural diversity and promoting women attorneys and attorneys of color in the legal marketplace.  Members of the firm's Diversity Committee include:

Further, in support of minority advancements, Querrey & Harrow has been active in donating its attorneys’ time and tangible goods to various Chicago Public Schools, including Patrick Henry School, the William C. Goudy Schook, and the Urban Prep Charter Academy for Young Men.  We also volunteer time and money to organizations such as the Committee on Minorities in Large Law Firms, of which Querrey & Harrow is a member, and Life Directions, which is devoted to reducing violence in Chicago’s public school system.
