Mauri A. Thomas is a trial attorney with broad litigation experience focusing on the defense of physicians, hospitals, and other health care providers and facilities. She has negotiated, arbitrated and mediated most of her cases to successful resolution. However, when necessary, Ms. Thomas has also tried a number of jury trials to defense verdict.
Ms. Thomas’ previous experience has included premises liability, motor vehicle liability, construction negligence, and product liability.
In addition to being licensed in Illinois, Ms. Thomas is admitted to practice before Federal District Courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.
