Sara Schwartz is an associate in Querrey & Harrow’s Chicago office and concentrates her practice in civil litigation. Ms. Schwartz is familiar with all phases of the litigation process. She vigorously defends her clients whether it is in court, at a deposition, during an arbitration hearing or at trial. Ms. Schwartz is also an expert at counseling her clients and providing them with all options to come to a successful resolution of their case. Ms. Schwartz has successfully arbitrated numerous cases which have resulted in not guilty verdicts for her clients. Ms. Schwartz has also had successes in negotiating and settling cases for well-below her authority.
Additionally, Ms. Schwartz concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, trust and probate administration and real estate.
Ms. Schwartz received her degree from The John Marshall Law School. While in law school, Ms. Schwartz was a member of The John Marshall Law Review, the Moot Court Honors Council and was an evidence teaching and research assistant and served on the International Human Rights Clinic. Ms. Schwartz achieved Dean’s List honors.
Prior to obtaining her law degree, Ms. Schwartz attended Saint Louis University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations. Ms. Schwartz was the Public Relations Vice President for her sorority, Gamma Phi Beta.
