Nora Cusick is an associate at Querrey & Harrow’s Chicago office who concentrates her practice in general civil defense litigation. Prior to joining Querrey & Harrow, Ms. Cusick was a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Kirby in the Law Division at the Circuit Court of Cook County. Ms. Cusick is familiar with all phases of the litigation process.
Ms. Cusick received her degree from The John Marshall Law School. While in law school, Ms. Cusick made the Dean's list, and came in first place in the John Marshall Law School 1L Moot Court Competition. Throughout law school, Ms. Cusick was a legal writing teaching assistant and a member of The John Marshall Moot Court Honors Council. Ms. Cusick also participated in the National Veterans Law Moot Court Competition, as well as the Mercer Legal Ethics & Professionalism Moot Court Competition, where her team advanced to the quarterfinals and received the award for Petitioner's Best Brief.
Prior to obtaining her law degree, Ms. Cusick graduated from Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. There, she was a board member of the Student Activities Board, participated in the Notre Dame Irish Dance team, and spent a semester abroad in Maynooth, Ireland.
