David LaPorte will be a featured speaker at the 45th Annual Convention and Truck Show of the Mid-West Truckers Association in Peoria, Illinois, on February 9th. Mr. LaPorte's presentation will cover best practices to protect your assets before and after a catastrophic truck accident.
Mr. LaPorte concentrates his practice in trucking accident litigation, construction, and motor carrier and OSHA regulatory matters. Prior to practicing law, he was employed with the US Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, where he worked extensively with the motor carrier industry on a host of regulatory issues.
