Jim Bream will present a seminar entitled "Disclosure: Tell Me Why I Don't Like Mondays" as part of Resurrection Health Care's celebration of the Annual National Healthcare Risk Management Week. The conference will focus on the issues which can arise in the process of discussing unanticipated and/or adverse outcomes with patients and their families. Jim will be presenting on why a program for disclosure of errors is appropriate and how to effectively implement such a program in the hospital setting.
