Winning in the Liability Arena: The Attainment of High Level Performance

Paul O'Grady, former Chief Counsel and Director of Operations for the Office of Cook County Sheriff and now Shareholder with Querrey & Harrow, has invited law enforcement agency personnel from across Illinois to a seminar to discuss law enforcement liability and mutual aid.  The seminar will be held at Maggiano's in Oak Brook, Illinois, and will feature G. Patrick Gallagher of Gallagher-Westfall Group.

Mr. Gallagher is a nationally recognized expert in law enforcement liability and author of "Risk Management behind the Blue Curtain: A Primer on Law Enforcement Liability."  He has been an expert witness on cases dealing with less-than-lethal force and has conducted hundreds of training sessions, risk assessments, audits, investigations, and management reviews for law enforcement agencies.

Mr. Gallagher will cover an array of topics including:
