In this 90-minute seminar, Jennifer Sackett Pohlenz, Chair of Querrey & Harrow's Environmental Law Practice, will discuss:   

• Ordinances: discussion of local communities with "green" ordinances, trends in development, and overview of those ordinances. 
• Contracting: importance of aligning contract language with owner's "green" expectations and examples of "green" contract provisions. 
• Liability: what are some potential pitfalls of "green" construction. 
• Insurance: what is available in terms of "green" insurance. 

Continental breakfast will be served at 7:30 am.  The seminar will begin at 8:00 am. 

It will be followed by a roundtable discussion, and the seminar will conclude by 10 am.
