University on September 29, 2007. Larry’s topic will be recent rulings by the United
States Supreme Court
Chicago shareholder Ernie Burden will be a panelist at the 2007 Advanced Insurance Fraud Seminar November 12-13, 2007 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Ernie will present on recent case law developments in the areas of insurance fraud, strategic considerations on the use of declaratory judgment actions to fight fraudulent claims and recent federal legislation to repeal the McCarran-Ferguson Act.
