
Thomas J. Condon, Jr. concentrates his practice in general litigation. Currently, he is representing individuals and business entities in relation to automobile, premise liability, collections and subrogation matters. He has significant experience in the areas of commercial, construction, liquor liability and municipal litigation.
Previously, Mr. Condon was the Assistant Department Counsel for the City of Chicago Department of Buildings wherein he prosecuted violations of the City of Chicago Building Code, drafted and analyzed proposed legislation and amendments to the Building Code and advised the management team on legal issues related to departmental operations. Mr. Condon also served as the Director of the City of Chicago’s Fast Track demolition program.
