
Gwendolyn Drake concentrates her practice in litigation. Ms. Drake has extensive courtroom experience from her previous position as a prosecuting attorney in the Child Support Enforcement Division of the Cook County State's Attorney's Office.
Prior to working with the State's Attorney's Office, Ms. Drake was the Assistant Counsel to the Speaker of the Illinois House of Representatives, where she served as Assistant Legal Counsel to the Michael J. Madigan and Parliamentarian for Transportation & Motor Vehicles, Mass Transit and Tourism & Conventions Committees.
Ms. Drake has also been an Investigator for the U.S. Department of Labor in the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) and holds a certificate in Employee Benefits from the John Marshall Law School (2006). During law school she worked in the Law Department at The Chicago Public Schools.
