
Robert R. Benjamin has over 30 years experience in bankruptcy matters, including business reorganizations, creditor's remedies, and individual insolvencies. Mr. Benjamin also offers substantial expertise in complex litigation such as business disputes, shareholder derivative actions, mechanics liens, and mortgage foreclosures. Mr. Benjamin was one of the original panel of Chapter 7 trustees and helped develop many of the forms and procedures currently used by the trustee program.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Benjamin served as chairman of Youth Outreach Services, a nationally recognized substance and drug abuse agency committed to treating young people.
Mr. Benjamin received his BA from the University of Illinois and attended the Master's Program in Behavioral Sciences at the same institution.
