• Bankruptcy - preference and claims litigation, creditor's actions and Chapter 11 workouts.

• Business entities - corporation, limited liability company and partnership formation, licensing and regulatory compliance. 

• Commercial litigation - alternative dispute resolution, consumer fraud, common law fraud, goods sold and delivered, breach of contract and breach of warranty. 

• Contract negotiation and drafting - requirements contracts, distribution agreements, sale/purchase agreements, commission agreements, loan agreements and employment contracts.
