Janet M. Farmans, Shareholder

Janet Farmans has tried numerous cases, including a wrongful death case.  The managing partner of Querrey & Harrow’s Joliet office, Ms. Farmans concentrates her practice in all areas of general litigation, especially premises, product, and construction.

Prior to joining Querrey & Harrow, Ms. Farmans was an Assistant State's Attorney for Du Page County and was a Supervisor in the Felony Trial Division.  She is an experienced trial attorney and has tried to verdict approximately 80 jury trials, including complex civil litigation.

Ms. Farmans has been appointed a Special Assistant Attorney General and is a mediator appointed by the Chief Judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit.
