
David Flynn currently handles commercial and construction litigation in various settings including personal injury, construction defects, contract disputes, mechanics liens, product liability, land planning and use, and premises liability cases.
Mr. Flynn has tried in excess of 35 cases to verdict before a jury. Of these, 33 were defense cases, many involving multi-million dollar demands and the majority resulting in not guilty verdicts. In addition, he has tried several criminal cases involving felonies and misdemeanors. He has recently been recognized by his peers and named as a Leading Lawyer in the area of construction law and is distinguished as AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
During law school at DePaul, Mr. Flynn was an academic scholarship recipient and member of the DePaul Law Review and Moot Court Society. In addition, he was twice the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in academics, and he was a member of the Order of the Coif.
