Ellen E. Gibson, Shareholder

Ellen Gibson concentrates her practice in health care liability litigation.  She has been a defense attorney since 1991 and has tried over 30 cases to verdict.  Ms. Gibson has successfully defended physicians, hospitals, and nursing homes.  Ms. Gibson has extensive experience in all aspects of complex tort litigation, from Wrongful Death actions to claims brought under the Nursing Home Care Reform Act.  Ms. Gibson also has experience in the areas of construction accident and defect litigation, premises liability, product liability, and personal injury defense.

During law school, Ms. Gibson externed for the Honorable Milton J. Shadur, Federal District Court Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.
