Thomas Kaufmann is a contract advisor certified by the NFLPA.  He has more than 20 years experience in estate planning, asset protection, wealth preservation, and contract negotiation, which provides a strong basis for the consulting services he offers to professional athletes, business owners, and professional service providers.

Mr. Kaufmann has represented high net worth individuals with regard to their personal and professional needs.  He has established thousands of trusts and other asset protection instruments.  He also has represented individuals in numerous employment contract negotiations, which have included contract extensions and renewals and non-compete agreements.

Mr. Kaufmann has earned an AV peer review rating from Martindale Hubbell, a well-known international directory of attorneys.
