He also represents various professions as head of our Professional Liability Group.
Roger represents his clients both in the courts and before the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation. He continues to work in a commercial litigation setting, dealing with intellectual property and fraud cases. He is distinguished as AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named one of Chicago's "Super Lawyers" for the last 4 years.
Most recently, Mr. Littman has been elected to membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a national organization which fosters improvement in the ethical and technical standards of trial practice. With fewer than 100 Illinois lawyers so honored, ABOTA stands as one of the most selective boards in the legal profession. The organization chooses as its members those lawyers with demonstrated proficiency in the art and science of jury trials.
