Kevin M. Casey, Associate

Kevin Casey concentrates his practice in general litigation.  Mr. Casey is currently handling claims involving premises liability, construction litigation, and workers' compensation.  He also has extensive experience handling matters involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, equine liability matters, and §1983 civil rights matters.

Mr. Casey volunteers to assist the Kevin Dowling Scholarship Foundation which was started in 1997 and offers scholarships to area elementary and high school students with learning disabilities along with hosting an annual toy drive to benefit local childrens charities.
