William Wise has represented individuals and business organizations in disputed matters before the Internal Revenue Service, the U.S. Department of Justice and in the various judicial forums where such disputes are litigated. For a period of years, he represented insurance companies in their disputes with the Internal Revenue Service.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Wise was employed as a trial attorney by the Internal Revenue Service where he handled both administrative disputes and litigated matters on behalf of the Internal Revenue Service.
Mr. Wise has, more recently, been involved in representing corporations in all areas of their affairs, and in estate planning for executives and other wealthy individuals, bringing the tax litigator’s perspective to complicated tax issues which are often present in those areas of practice.
