Patrick S. Wall, Associate

Patrick Wall has been an Associate of Querrey & Harrow, Ltd. since 2006.  He has managed matters through all phases of litigation in automobile liability, premises liability, fraud, and general commercial litigation including trying several matters to verdict.

Mr. Wall is a determined, energetic and creative advocate on behalf of his clients.  Mr. Wall has achieved success in the courtroom, as well as positive resolutions of matters through alternative dispute resolution.  In addition to his jury verdicts, Mr. Wall has also participated in more than 20 mandatory arbitrations. 

Additionally, Mr. Wall, has assisted with large scale commercial litigation and research projects in the construction, commercial, real estate, employment, intellectual property and environmental practice areas.  Mr. Wall also has experience with foreclosures, enforcement of judgments and collections. 

Before joining Querrey & Harrow, Ltd., Mr. Wall worked for two Fortune 500 companies, with significant management experience.  Mr. Wall has also served as an extern at The White House and the United States House of Representatives.

Representative Matters

Obtained Not Guilty for the estate of a deceased motorist who had been sued for $550,000 by a plaintiff who alleged permanent and debilitating injuries. 

Obtained Summary Judgment in favor of a defendant in a suit where plaintiff alleged negligent operation of a motor vehicle causing emotional damages.

Obtained Summary Judgment in excess of $250,000 on behalf of utility company regarding property damage due to faulty digging.
