What Every Manufacturer Needs to Know

Are you manufacturing and/or selling products in the United States?

Join CDH, Querrey & Harrow, and DSP Insurance for an engaging and informative seminar on product liability and what you need to know in order to effectively manage risk in this area.

This seminar will provide an overview of legal rules in the areas of warranty claims, product liability claims, and product warnings and provide tips on how to draft contracts to best protect the seller.

Participants will also learn about insurance products in the market that can be leveraged to reduce risk and protect your business interests. The seminar will present actual case studies to help you understand the topics explained and see the risks and pitfalls more clearly.
