A shareholder in Querrey & Harrow’s Chicago office, Charles Blackman is an experienced attorney who has tried approximately 85 cases to verdict. He concentrates his efforts in premises, construction, transportation, and asbestos litigation.
He has represented a major U.S. steel corporation, trucking and railroad corporations in toxic tort (primarily asbestos) premises and motor-vehicle areas of litigation. He has also served as an arbitrator in the Cook County court system for the past 25 years.
