QH Obtains Dismissal of Medical Malpractice Claim Against Imaging Center
Congrats to Querrey & Harrow Shareholder Terrence Guolee who recently obtained a dismissal of a medical imaging center in a case where a surgeon allegedly performed surgery on an incorrect ankle tendon due to an incorrect report following an MRI exam.
Despite the MRI report being prepared by the owner and President of Terrence's and Sara's client, they were able to document that the involved imaging work and report were prepared under the auspices of another medical imaging company and obtain dismissal of the case, even when a motion seeking dismissal for non-involvement was originally denied by the court.
